On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, during oral arguments in Fisher v. The University of Texas at Austin, Justice Scalia suggested that black students should be in "less advanced schools" and on"slower tracks." This is blatant racial discrimination. Such discrimination is unacceptable on the highest court and the only way to fix this egregious error & bring about justice to the country's highest court is for Scalia to resign or be impeached. We, the undersigned request that this administration urge Congress to begin impeachment proceedings against Scalia immediately.
