Urge Congress to initiate and pass a bill requiring the Pentagon to purchase products made in the USA where possible.

Require the Pentagon to purchase from American companies, products made in the USA whenever possible. Comparable products from top allies may be substituted if, and only if, American products are not available. Secondarily, where American-made products are not available, the government should urge American companies in appropriate businesses to meet the Pentagon's needs and requirements to Buy American.
