This is a petition to limit the reporting, in the media, of the names and faces of mass murderers to limit the exposure they get from committing senseless acts of violence.
The message would be clear, to those who would consider committing a mass shooting... YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE NOTORIETY for committing these crimes. YOU WILL BE FORGOTTEN BY HISTORY. Only the victims will be named. Only the victims will be remembered.
This would limit senseless killing as an 'attention seeking' behaviour.
