Urge Congress to investigate Google's Adsense for unfair business practices, privacy violations and unlawful termination

Created by R.W. on December 25, 2014

Google's Adsense is the leader of ad sales on web. Google has a history of banning publishers for violations of their TOS, but failing entirely to demonstrate cause or rationale. Google could provide support and training to educate and monitor publishers but does not. Instead, they permanently ban website owners offering no reason why, nor do they provide support, training or guidance to prevent problems from happening. Tens of thousands of publishers the world over rely on Google Adsense for revenue generation and are essentially employed by Google. When publishers are banned, they are in effect fired without cause. We ask that the Federal Government investigate these acts as unfair business practices and that Google enact sweeping reforms with its current business model.
