Urge congress to make a law limiting the amount of money super pacs can spend on ads demo nixing candidates

For years super pacs have been corrupting the American publics view of candidates from both sides of the aisle. One ad blamed governor Romney for a woman's death. Other ads claim president Obama is a socialist tyrant. Some would say this is a violation of free speech but it could be argued strongly that this protects the general welfare and education of the populous. This has created, crazy attack ads by super pacs, a more divided America, leading to more divided political parties. If ad time is limited , not outlawed, for negative ads against politicians by super pacs, America would be less divided by rhetoric and congress could compromise with more informed constituents. This could really help America cut the fog of stubbornness that has descended on the USA making compromise impossible.
