Urge Congress to pass a law that makes it illegal for people to smoke at school bus stops for children under 18.

I'm a SAHM of three kids. My 4 yr old autistic son has asthma, and i have a 2 and 6 yr old. There are 8-10 children at my daughters elementary school bus stop. There are between 2-4 parents/guardians smoking at the same time around these kids before and after school every day. I have had enough! something needs to be done. please support me! here are a few things to help you:
