Urge congress to pass a law regulating the light density and color frequency of automobile lights, There should be a maximum lumens per area, that applies to all points on the vehicle. In this way, high intensity LED lights that are painfully bright in a very confined area would be outlawed.

The use of diffusers or utilising more lights at lower intensity would be acceptable.

Headlights and daytime running lights should be emitted from an area, perhaps frosted glass, and should not appear as a near point source.

Headlights should be of the common yellow tone that does not mess up other peoples sight.

Higher temperature color (bluer) lights would still be allowed as high beam.

Automatic systems to minimise discomfort to other drivers should be allowed, These systems must have an
