Urge Congress to pass laws prohibiting congressmen from reelection so long as government spending exceeds revenue.

Created by W.K. on January 16, 2013

No member of the House of Representatives, Senate, or the President of the United States shall be eligible for reelection so long as government spending exceeds government revenue.

The United States Government's debt is not sustainable. Elected officials from both parties have 'kicked the can' down the street for too long. It is time to put an end to the political gridlock in Washington that is unfairly hitting millions of taxpayers around the country.

There is no doubt this country's elected officials care about their job security. It is time Washington gets serious about making this country fiscally responsible. Citizens of the United States deserve better. If the current Congress will not tackle our debt problem, it is time to elect a Congress that will.
