It is time for the President to do what is just and fair and urge Congress to pass a Marijuana-Alcohol legalization act, or at the very least remove marijuana as a schedule Ii drug by executive order. It is time to stop locking away nonviolent drug offenders. It is time for the government to acknowledge state's rights. It is time for Justice.
