Urge Congress to provide a system for evaluating a Federal judge's competency

Created by P.H. on December 19, 2012

Congress should pass a Constitutional amendment providing a mechanism by which the competency of federal judges is evaluated every five years after a certain age and every year after a more advanced age. This would provide for more sound, rational decisions from benches across the country and would also create more accountability for judges.
