Urge congress to reform the tax code to institute a 99% tax upon the richest 1% of individuals in this country.

Such a modification would essentially fix many problems in our country, be it healthcare costs, education, renewable energy research, infrastructure, veterans benefits, fugloughed employees, and all of the jobs needed to fill all of those very important programs, all at the benefit of 100% of citizens in this country, while the richest 1% would still be far richer than the rest, albeit at a more reasonable level.
