This petition encourages and supports previous and present attempts to pass a bill through Congress, that will permit a category of disabled american veterans (specified below), both entitlement and access to the Department of Defense/Uniformed Services Space Available Travel program provided on U.S. military bases. This of course, would be within reason and respect to first priority being active duty personnel; retirees secondary and 100% disabled veterans thereafter.
Disabled american veterans would include the following categories:
(1) 100% disabled schedular rating; permanent and total as rated by the Department of Veterans Affairs
(2) 100% disabled Individual Unemployability; permanent and total as rated by the Department of Veterans Affairs
(3) Must have a DD form 2765 or 1173
