urge Congressman Lamar Smith to set a hearing date for H.R. 2306: Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011.

Created by S.S. on December 12, 2011

This August a bill authored by Representatives Ron Paul, and Barney Frank intended to end marijuana prohibition in the U.S. was referred to the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security, a subcommittee of the House Committee on the Judiciary.

Lamar Smith, Chair of the House Committee on the Judiciary has promised not to schedule this bill for a hearing, virtually killing the bill.

President Obama himself said that marijuana legalization is "entirely legitimate topic for debate." So why not allow it to be debated?

Give HR 2306 a chance to be discussed and don't allow one man to make the decision for the entire nation.
