We call upon the Obama Administration to condemn and seek to end the incarceration of Han Solo by the Crime Lord Jabba the Hutt. Due to a unpaid debt from discarded spice, Han Solo was imprisoned by Bobba Fett.
This imprisonment overtly contradicts the ABA's American Criminal Justice Standards on Treatment of Prisoners. Standards 23-1(a), (b), and (c) which calls for correction facilities be "safe and orderly", "fair and lawful", "respect the human rights and dignity of prisoners", and that "restrictions placed on prisoners should be necessary and proportionate to the legitimate objectives for which those restrictions are imposed."
It is clear that the Crime Lord Jabba does not respect his prisoners and their unalienable rights and we urge the Administration to condemn these actions.
