The country current education system is unreliable and imbalances of resources between schools makes some of the talented students are not abled to achieve what they could have. Next, current system are tied up with traditional evaluating system such as examination, grades, which will never show a person's real skills and wonderful ideas he or she could possibly have. Students and teachers' time are also occupied by the school curriculums, making them less interest to think deeper, to learn something new because they are exhausted. As observation, most policies did not work that well. I propose to hold a conference and invite those who are devote their lifes to education from any country, and of course, students(for hearing their voices) to sit down, gather all brilliant ideas from them.
