Hamza Rashid is a qualified debater who is currently next in line to be the highest ranked congressional debater on the team after the current captain. His skill and mastery of debate is continuously ignored by his debate coach and we the people demand that his voice be heard. Therefore be it resolved:
Hamza Rashid shall be elected as the captain of the American Heritage Speech and Debate Team for the debate season of 2014-2015.
