Currently the FBI defines rape as "The carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will." Living in a country that promotes gender equality should mean that ALL instances of rape should be counted, not just those of women. Men can be raped, but these crimes go uncounted by the FBI. Please help promote gender equality in ALL its forms.
