Urge the FDA to allow people with fatal illnesses to use experimental drugs at their own risk and expense.
Drug testing by the FDA is in place to protect people; however, when someone is fatally ill what is the FDA protecting them from? Some European counties allow this practice. If a legal contract is drawn up between the patient and the drug firm to provide full disclosure and prevent the drug company from being sued then both parties should be protected.
Why does the FDA have the right to tell us what we can and can not put in our bodies, especially when it is a matter of life and death?
