The 10th Amendment states that:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The federal government is constantly passing laws that infringe on the rights of the states and the people.
If the federal government is to make a new law or mandate in which the power to do so is not granted to them by the Constitution, they must amend the Constitution.
This petition also urges states to reject any federal law or mandate that violates the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.
