Governor Rick Snyder is going to allow the hard work of those who got House Bills 4271 and 5104 slip by his desk if he doesn't sign by December 31st. Dispensaries are a civilized medical grade way for medical marijuana patients to get their medicine, for those who don't have the means to grow their own, House bill 4271 would allow this in communities that give it the OK. Edibles and forms of non-smokable cannabis for patients like myself who have asthma and would prefer not to be forced to smoke thier medicine and have to deal with those complications should be allowed as well, which is what bill 5104 would allow. Please consider the amount of time Michigan medical marijuana patients have put into these bills and don't let them slip by.
