All Hong Kong police officers recently started to enforce laws governing public order unreasonably strict. They are to demand anyone who are in a "suspicious" gathering of three people to identify themselves and disperse.
The behest explicitly gives the police prodigious power to extirpate our freedom of assembly and right to protest. We, the people, therefore repudiate it and urge the Hong Kong government to abrogate this behest.
