Urge Maryland State Governor to revive the Red Line Project.

Created by E.B. on June 30, 2015

The Baltimore Red Line Project was a public transportation initiative in Maryland, USA. It would have provided a much needed east-west subway line serving many underrepresented neighborhoods in Baltimore. On Thursday, 25 June 2015 the project was put on hold my Maryland Governor Larry Hogan.

Baltimore is a city where up to 24% of residents live below the poverty line. The Red Line Project would create over 4000 jobs and increase access to thousands of existing means of employment. The Red Line is vital to improving the lives of many Baltimore residents.
