In PA there is currently no law that statewide will protect LGBT people from discrimination based on sexuality or gender identity. Pennsylvania needs to begin to protect its LGBT citizens as well as end their negligence for this growing community. With a small push form the White House this issue could easily be solved and ideally a bill be created to protect those who are discriminated against based on sexuality or gender identity.
