Urge policymakers to pass a law that requires all new legislation to pass a constitutional review panel before being allowed to be voted on. The panel will be made up of 6 republicans, 6 independents and 6 democrats from the house and senate with the vice president voting in case of equal votes. This will help enforce constitutional rule in our country, reduce grandstanding in the house and senate and keep our public servants on task.
