President Obama has fulfilled his constitutional duty and recommended a candidate for the U.S. Supreme Court. Congress has announced that they refuse to fulfill their constitutional duty to consider the president's candidate. Consequently, we urge the president to appoint Secretary Hillary Clinton to the U.S. Supreme Court before he leaves office.
