DCF in the state of Florida and across the country a have run "a muck" for way to long with little to no regard for the 4th and 5th amendments of the US constitution. The poorly trained, overwhelmed worker unlawfully enter "suspects" homes under the guise that they just want to do an inspection, with little to no probable cause. They use flimsy and trivial accusations in their investigations and back them up with even more lies. They also befriend you to try to get information from the "suspect", that basically self incriminates the subject of the investigation. They waste valuable time and resources of the courts, by bullying the victim to file meaningless injunctions. Now I know sometimes all of this is necessary, but there is no way to prove yourself innocent at all.
