Urge the US Army expedite its camouflage replacement program. Universal camouflage doesn't work, and is wasting millions

Urge the US Army to stop fielding the ineffective universal camouflage pattern. Expedite the replacement program to a camouflage that is more effective that will better conceal our soldiers both deployed, and in garrison. The pattern is generally disliked by the soldiers who wear it, and virtually useless in most environments. The Army needs to fulfill its promise of replacing the pattern, which has been talked about for almost 5 years. Patterns like Multicam, which has been proven effective in Afghanistan, or the Marine Corps MARPAT are logical choices that should be strongly urged, and considered. The current universal camouflage pattern is still being produced, and needs to be stopped if its just going to be eventually replaced as it is wasting millions of dollars.
