1) Recognition by USA Boris Stomakhin as political prisoner.
2) Granting on Boris Stomakhin USA citizenship, so that he will protected as USA citizen against political repression and, if possible, can emigrate from Russia.
3) The presence of representatives of USA on the court hearings.
4) Accelerated processing Stomakhin`s complaint to the first sentence by European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
