Mr. Eliuth Reichel-Marquez in proceeding before the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Eloy, Arizona. I firmly believe that the polices and interest of the United States government and the Department of Homeland Security are best served by releasing Mr. Reichel-Marquez’s oldest son, Adrik Reichel (age seven) was placed in palliative hospice care on November 16, 2015. See Exhs. 4, 10. Adrik is in the late stages of a chronic illness – he was born a quadriplegic and suffers from Cerebral Palsy, Bilateral Schizencephaly, Epilepsy, Global Development Delays, and he is G-tube dependent for his nutrition. He takes ten different medications multiple times per day, and he requires twenty-four hour care.
