Requesting your Urgent assistance to revise all Medicaid Procedural Handbooks (Reimbursement Rates/Benefits) for Home Health Services and DME vendors contracted with Medicaid. Due to Manufacturers current costs and DME costs Medicaid recepients are being denied medical services, medical eqipment and medical supplies for their disabled children that are medically required. (Ex. Wheelchairs, Bath Chairs, Incontinent Supplies, Nursing, Therapies, Hospital Beds, Nutritional Supplements, Nutritional Supplies, Feeding Pumps, Respiratory Machines/Supplies, etc.) The quality of care and lifes of many young disabled children are at the palm of your hands each day. Therefore, please help to stop such neglectful actions as such and protect the most fragile in this country!
