Since over-unity technologies can efficiently replace fossil fuels that have driven our planet and world economies into ecocrisis;
Since such devices are self-generating, clean, and draw efficiently on abundant sources like the quantum energy field and water;
Since such devices exist now:
1) In above-top-secret military-industrial projects (over 30 years );
2) Among citizen scientists (www.witts.ws/videos) whose efforts are quashed or underfunded,
We petition the President to
(a) Forgive the illegal/seditious sequestering of such technologies by those overseeing black budget R&D IN EXCHANGE FOR the immediate release of such technologies to the public sphere;
(b) to protect, fund, & oversee immediately the mass production and sale of such devices in a safe and equitable manner.
