U.S. Appeals Court Ruled that Government Can Injure People; Evidence Is Worthless; and Courts and U.S. Attorneys Can Lie

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit ruled as follows:

• The Government can defame people, even though it is unconstitutional.

• The Government can harm people.

• District court judges can disregard the plaintiff’s allegations without contradictory evidence.

• District court judges can disregard evidence.

• Lawyers have more rights than pro se parties.

• District court judges and the U.S. Attorneys can lie.

• District court judges and the U.S. Attorneys can conspire to prevent the Government from being sued.
