I offficially petition that a program to upgrade all the weapons and gear the US army uses to laser pistols, plasma swords, invisiblitiy camoflague, exo-suits, and reusable, guided hand-held rocket launchers by the end of 2030.
This would not only make our military the strongest in the world, it would make it the most effective and most cool.
