All US military members must be automatically notified and registered as executioners for all US states and Territories.
All Military branches should have a sword designed for decapitation as this is the least expensive and most effective form of putting our prisoners to death. They should all be taught how to do this efficiently and removed from the military if they do not agree to do this.
Also US military should all have VA ID's after separating with any form of Honorable discharge as they can wear their uniforms for life as a volunteer recruiter.
Also Military should have the same protections as law enforcement and be allowed to carry concealed weapons in all states.
