American service members must be protected from US Army toxic leaders. Service members are being attacked from with in the very ranks that are supposed to protect and care for them. From rape, reprisal, retribution, bullying, many service members have resorted to taking their own lives. This egregious maltreatment from commanders must be eradicated. And, looked at as a crime. They should be penalized for abusing their authority.
Many service members that have tried to seek assistance in reporting abusive treatment from their command; not only lose their careers, but also have lost their freedom. Division commanders, SJA's, and military judges must recognize what toxic leadership is and what it has become.
Please lets save the soldiers.
