We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

The US Attorney General and The FBI Director need to be elected positions, not appointments

Created by J.C. on September 09, 2016

At the state level we elect who we want to put in place as the state's attorney general. The US attorney general is appointed by the president. The US attorney general needs to be separated from the presidency and become an elected possition, just like we have at the state level. Also the FBI director is appointed by the president. The FBI director also needs to be an elected position, just like we elect our sheriff's at the local level.
