Overhaul The US Border Card, US Passport, State Drivers License, US Social Security, US Voter registration and US weapons permit programs as well as all US law enf. agencies.
All numbers should be standardized to the persons Social Security Number SSN including all US passports. A new Federal issued Border Card should also be used as a Federal drivers license to reduce costs throughout all states.
A simple ID card will show no drivers license.
Voter registration should be automatic upon SSN issuance.
Law enf. badge ID should be SSN and military should have a section IDing them as such.
Mandatory at age 1.
