He claimed that he had resigned from his job and then traveled to Asia for banging Asian girls. The girls have their choice, with no doubt. But they have no choice for being captured by a hidden camera by this guy while having sex with him. This David Bond then posted those poor girls photos on forums and shared the video clip with friends. Also, this guy had uploaded some videos, like "Ching Chong Hello Kitty", that demonstrated racial discrimination to Asian women.
