A U.S. Citizen must be able to expunge all Criminal and/or Juvenile Records except Child Molestation, 1st Degree Murder convictions, and/or Violent Criminal Actz in all states after they have completed sentences in jail and/or prison, paid all fines, completed all probation or payroll requirements, and completed all treatment requirements.
