U.S. citizen's husband or wife; having difficult times getting process for I-130 petitions. Average complete U.S. citizens spouse will complete their case12- 18 months. This means you will stay away from your husband or wife more than a year. This is not right! Also, immigration should revise K-3 visa. USCIS takes longer than 6 months to approved I-130 petitions. U.S. citizens family having hard times. Processes of these petitions should be not later than 3 months. IF U.S. citizens married in overseas, these case is should be handled by U.S. Consular. K-3 visa application should be immediately handled by U.S. Consular. U.S. Citizens spouse should be travel to the United States. Otherwise K-3 visa's not valid or needed for U.S. Citizen's spouses.
