US Citizens Right To Impeach A Member Of Congress For Before Their Term Ends

The failure of both parties in both the House and Senate should give the American People the right to impeach and remove members of both houses before a term has ended. This could be achieved by simple majority in congressional districts for the House and simple majority of the state for the Senate seats. We could then hold them responsible for failures and deceit and would prevent them from getting a pension that taxpayers have to pay.
