Since 1998 more than 6 thousand of immigrants for the countries of Nicaragua and Honduras have been beneficiaries of the TPS. They send their children to schools, buy houses, open business, and defend this country. But every 18 months they have to renew their Working Permit creating a unsecure filling about it, because they don't know if they will be granted or not. We consider than 10 years is enought to demonstrate to the government and the american society that they are a good people and they have been contribuiting to build a strong community.
