U.S. citizenship for everyone who has lived here for 21 years

"All persons having resided in the United States for twenty-one years are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

The Constitution should be amended to include the above. If you have been in the U.S. for the amount of time it takes a newborn to reach the full privileges of adulthood, the government must recognize the American you have become.
