This petition is a U.S.Federal Government reccomendation pertaining to school preparedness for Terrorism. Schools are at risk of foreign and domestic attacks. It is not enough for schools to just have a preparedness plan but State and Local government should be held accountable to make sure schools annually reviews and conduct emergency action plans exercise. .
