US Federal Civil Rights Act of 2013, introduce a new law to grant Shia LGBT immigrants a special protected class status.

An act to enforce to protect the constitutional rights of Shia LGBT immigrant under a special protected class status in US, to mandate the jurisdiction of the district courts of US to grant an injunctive relief from the systematic discrimination by relatives and local government employees. Act to call on Human Rights Campaign for advocacy, the Attorney General to initiate suits against Governor and Mayor to protect the constitutional rights, to initiate the Commission on Civil Rights and the Commission on Equal Employment Opportunity, to enforce laws to protect the rights to federally assisted programs, and not limited to any specific class of the law but all of the constitutional rights under a special protected class status in US.
