US- German military cooperation should be improved by multinational training and sharing training facilities

Dear Sir,
first of all I want to tell you what a magnificant job your soldiers, airmen and marines are doing on our common mission in AFGHANISTAN. As a senior NCO in the german Army I fought side by side with these brave men and women on 5 Missions under the OEF and ISAF flag.
What I learnd the last 10 years was a need for more mutual understanding in Operations and TTP´s. From my point of view, this is the key to succes in multinational operations.
I want to ask you, to visit some german troops in AFGHANISTAN so we, the soldiers have the chance to show our gratitude towards the US forces and gouvernment for your support.
The other question is to give the german armed forces the chance to participate more in your troops training in GERMANY and in the US. This would be very welcome.
