for the U.S. to give amnesty for those people who entered this country legally but wanted to have permanent visa

I came here in the U.S. with a legal working visa. But it can be renewed only up to three years. And so, my petition is there must be an opportunity for those people like me to have a permanent visa so we can be allowed to work here legally for a longer period of time and at the same time we can petition also our immediate family from our country
