The UN Panel stated that the United States Government owe reparations to Blacks in America for the years of slave labor that was provided to this country. The slave labor of blacks have made the USA the richest country on Earth. However, blacks are at the bottom of the economic ladder. Blacks, or the heirs, need to be compensated for that labor. As a member state of the United Nation, the USA should heed the recommendations of this panel and pay reparations.
