US health care services had been focused on population that are to be served. There has been constant effort by President Obama to reform health care and to utilize utmost health care related resources to the people that needs it.
However, prevention or curing certain disease states like AIDS and cancer may not be affordable by people who are not eligible for medicare or medicaid program. This issue must be taken into account and free health resources must be provided to the patients in such a dangerous disease state.
