A story on Fox News Insider reported about an Illegal Immigrant, protected by the DREAM Act, avoided deportation & prison after killing two children in a hit-and-run.
Something needs to be done.
According to the story, "the case was not dismissed with prejudice, so U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement has the ability to try Garcia-Cisneros again if it wants"
Therefore, we petition the White House to please ask United States Immigration Customs Enforcement to send Cynthia Garcia-Cisneros for a re-trial.
Also, this petition demands a revision to the DREAM Act to include immediate deportation for any crime committed, similar to current laws for Permanent Resident Aliens. For example, if Carcia-Cisneros had been a Permanent Resident Alien, she would have been deported for her crimes.
